We will not use your personal information for an unrelated purpose unless you would reasonably expect it, you consent, or the law permits or requires it.
4. Marketing and Your Choices
- We send transactional messages about your account and orders as part of providing the service. These are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Suppliers are not permitted to use your details for their own marketing.
- Couriers and logistics providers - recipient name, delivery address, contact number and consignment details.

We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Platform to work:
- Authentication cookie - keeps you signed in.
- Guest cart cookie (
tempId) - an encrypted identifier that lets a shopping cart persist for up to 30 days before you sign in. It contains no personal details and is not readable by scripts. - Currency preference (
selected_currency_id) - remembers the currency you selected. - Session cookie - remembers your product filters so pages behave correctly on refresh.
- Antiforgery cookie - protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and the shopping cart will not work correctly without the cookies listed above.
[If you add analytics, advertising or live-chat tools, list them here, describe what they collect, say whether data leaves Australia, and link to their privacy policies and opt-out mechanisms.]
7. Security
- Traffic between your browser and the Platform is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and the guest cart identifier is encrypted.
- We do not store full payment card numbers. Card details are handled by our payment provider.
- Access to customer data in our admin systems is restricted by role-based permissions, so staff and suppliers can only see what their role requires. Suppliers can see only their own orders and products.
- Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
8. How Long We Keep It
- We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in clause 3 or as required by law.
- Order, invoice and tax records are generally retained for [NUMBER] years to meet accounting, taxation and therapeutic-goods record-keeping obligations, even after an account is closed.
- One-time passcodes are short-lived and expire automatically.
- Abandoned cart data, wishlists and product-view history are retained for up to [NUMBER] months.
- Where information is no longer needed and we are not required to keep it, we delete it or de-identify it.
9. Overseas Disclosure

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs.
10. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

- You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will respond within [NUMBER] days.
- We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we refuse access or correction, we will tell you why in writing and how to complain.

11. Deleting Your Account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal information by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will delete or de-identify what we can, but we may need to retain certain records - in particular order, invoice and regulatory records - for the periods described in clause 8. We will tell you what we have retained and why.
